ROY GASS
Roy Earl Gass,
80, of Trenton, passed away Feb. 4, 2013. He was retired from Dixie Yarns.
He was preceded
in death by his parents, Alfred and Hazel Gass and brother, Troy Gass.
Survivors
include his wife, Eva June Gass, Trenton; daughters, Debbie (Terry) Atchley and
Wanda (Coy) Page, Trenton; grandchildren, Cody Atchley, Zeke Atchley, Jennifer
(Dale) McCreary, Clent (Tara) Page, Kelly (Toby) Smith; great-grandchildren,
Christy and Colby McCreary, Raegan, Madilynn, Liana Kate Page, Zane and Zoie
Smith; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral
services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Eddie
Cantrell and Pastor Michael Kilgore officiating. Interment will be in Payne
Cemetery. Family will receive friends today from 4–8 p.m., and Thursday from 10
a.m. until service time.

LUCY MORROW
Edna Lucille
“Lucy” Morrow, 80, of Rising Fawn, passed away at her home Feb. 1, 2013. She
was a retired nurse from Hutcheson Medical Center and member of Ascalon Baptist
Church.
Survivors
include her husband of 53 years, Sammie Morrow; daughters, Brenda J. Smith and
Anna M. Stephens; sons, Preston L. Farmer, Robert R. Farmer and Grady S.
Tallent; sisters, Annie May Howard and Martha Lewis; brothers, Dewey Lewis and
Joe Lee Lewis; 19 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral
services were Feb. 4 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Terry Ridley and
Brother Ronald Blevins officiating. Burial was in Ascalon Memorial Gardens.

Rev. J.B.
Pritchett. 80 of Jackson, Ga., passed away Jan. 31, 2012. He pastured Noah's
Ark Holiness Church from 1971 until his passing.
He is preceded
in death by his parents, Leroy and Gladys Pritchett; siblings, Opal Pritchett,
William Pritchett, Cleo Pritchett, Homer Clyde Pritchett, Calvin Pritchett,
Martha Michaels and Carter Pritchett.
Survivors
include by his loving wife of 62 years, Dorcas Pritchett; children, Danny and
Sarah Pritchett, Phyllis and Ricky Darnell, Joan and Rickey Gamble, Judy and
Len Brewer, Marcia and Randy Forshee, Barry and Penny Pritchett; 13
grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren;
sisters, Sue Shadden, Vida Cooper and Brenda Sealey; brothers, Charndle Pritchett, Carlon
Pritchett; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral
services were Feb. 3 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Michael Pritchett,
Brother Shirley Byrum, Brother James
McLain, and Brother Gary Tucker officiating. Interment was in Oak Lawn Memorial
Park in Bryant Ala.

CLYDE STEVENS
Clyde J. “Doon”
Stevens, 77, of Trenton, passed away Jan. 29, 2013. He was retired from the
Dade County Roads Dept. He was a lifelong resident of Dade County and of the
Baptist faith.
He was preceded
in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Stevens; brothers, Johnny Stevens and
Henry Stevens.
Survivors
include his wife of 55 years, Joyce Gass Stevens; daughter and son-in-law,
Teresa and Skip; son, Stevie Stevens; grandson, Brandon “Tank” Stevens;
step-granddaughter, Jordan Cowan; sisters, Ella Holt of South Pittsburg, Tenn.,
Edna Cox of Bridgeport, Ala., Emily Casey of Trenton and Joyce Cagle of Bryant,
Ala.
