The 24th annual Northwest Georgia Tip–Off Club held their Team of the Year Banquet March 1st at Berry College’s Krannert Center.

Andrew Houts from Dade County was named the High School Most Valuable Player of the Year for the boys’ teams and Mauri Wells from Rome was chosen as the girls’ most valuable player.

Holly Gross and Jake Bell were named to the December Team of the Month and Ansley Chilton and Travis Core to the January Team of the Month.

Erika Woodfin and Andrew Houts were named to the Teams of the Year.

The Dade County Wolverines were named Team of the Year and Coach of the Year honors went to Dade County boys' basketball coach Glenn Hicks.
