Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated December 6, 2004, from Jerry G. Wynn and Shirley D. There is a driveway for purposes of ingress and egress to this tract lying on the line between this tract and a tract this date conveyed to Carl Hill and wife, which serves as a common driveway to this tract and the Hill tract, and constitutes a permanent easement running with the land to grantees, Carl Hill and wife, their heirs and assigns. This is a part of the 15.5 acre tract in Land Lot No. 7, 18th District and 4th Section and 173 in 19th and 4th in Book, 32, Page 48, Dade Deed Records. This tract was deeded to A. A. Partlow by Mrs. Gass in Book 32, Page 141, in which said property was mistakenly referred to in Lot 173, it actually being a part of the Gass tract lying in Lot 7, 18th District and 4th Section.
The debt secured by the Security Deed and evidenced by the Note and has been, and is hereby, declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, failure to make the payments as required by the terms of the Note.
The debt remaining is in default and this sale will be made for the purposes of paying the Security Deed, accrued interest, and all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees. Notice of intention to collect attorneys' fees has been given as provided by law.
To the best of the undersigned's knowledge, the person(s) in possession of the property is/are Jerry G. Wynn and Shirley D. Wynn.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Project: Transporting and/or Disposal of Solid Waste for Dade County, Georgia  
Owner: Dade County Board of Commissioners
Dade County Commission is requesting proposals (RFP) for transporting and/or the disposal of solid waste from the Dade County Transfer Station located in Trenton, Georgia. All proposals should contain at a minimum the charge per ton of solid waste being disposed; and terms and conditions contained within the agreement between the Contractor and Dade County Commission. Prospective contractors propose and agree, if accepted, to contract with the Dade County Commission to the full and entire satisfaction of the County Commission. Proposals shall be received by the County Clerk located inside the office of the Dade County Board of Commissioners, 71 Case Ave., P.O. Box 613, Trenton, GA 30752 until Tuesday, September 2, 2014, 10:00 a.m. EDT. On the same day at 10:30 a.m. the request for proposals will then publicly open and read aloud. A separate addendum for recycling should also be included displaying special rates for the County’s recycling program detailing the following: #8 NEWS; OCC; HDPE #2; PET #1; PET #2; Glass; and Tires.
Duration of the solid waste disposal services by the Contractor shall become effective on September 30, 2014, and shall continue on an annual basis, unless otherwise agreed upon in the agreement. The Dade County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of any informality in the submission of any bid.
All bidders must be willing to provide certification upon request that all solid waste being disposed of meets all Federal, State and local laws, regulations and the Contractor is in complete compliance with all the requirements of the State of Georgia. Furthermore, all bidders must provide valid credentials including but not limited to: corporate contact information; ratings, codes and identification numbers e.g. Dun & Bradstreet rating, valid SIC codes, federal employee identification number, NAICS codes; IRS form W-9; E-Verify affidavit (including parent company, if any); proof of insurance e.g. Certificate of Liability Insurance; State of Georgia Certificate of Existence as provided by Secretary of State; experience and references.
